(Court Appointed Special Advocate) Mission is to give children a voice in court. It is to advocate for the best interest of abused and neglected children involved in juvenile deprivation proceedings. CASA of Troup County provides screened, trained, and supervised volunteers who speak for the needs of these children, one child at a time.
